Early in my career, I pursued an education in and got accredited as a holistic nutritionist (for humans). I consulted with clients, worked in the vitamin department of a health food store, and eventually for a nutrition foundation.​​​​

 

Over time, my career took me away from nutrition, but like a dog wagging its tail, I found my way back to my passion with a focus on canine health. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​As I grew my dog walking and training business, I focused more on the needs of my clients managing daily dog cares, as well as behaviour and nutrition challenges. ​​​

 

Work was no longer just about the dog in my care, but about making sure that the dog and dog parent were both doing well, together.
